We begin by exploring what is present for you and your healing intentions. An integrative approach may include:

Reiki to calm the nervous system, restore balance, and clear energetic blocks

Chakra balancing and energy alignment to identify and support physical, emotional & behavioral patterns
Somatic healing practices to release stored emotion and tension and support embodiment
Spiritual coaching and intuitive guidance for clarity around life direction, purpose, and personal growth
Relationship coaching to explore patterns, communication, and emotional dynamics
Nutritional and lifestyle support to help you feel more energized, grounded, and nourished
Energy clearing practices such as cord cutting or releasing energetic attachments
Intuitive readings and spiritual insight to support deeper self awareness and transformation

Spiritual Mentorship

InDiviDual mentorship • 1 month $297

One on one guidance on how to develop your intuition, manage your energy and blossom into your natural gifts. A prerequisite to mentorship is the Intro to Intuitive Development Self Study. Other online Intuition classes are periodically available. One month of coaching includes:

2 Bi-weekly one hour long virtual sessions, or 4 weekly 30 minute virtual sessions.
3 hours of email support
More direction and control in accessing your intuition.
Additional facilitation and gentle direction can help bring discernment and clarity into the developmental stages of using and expressing your intuition.
