An integrative approach to individual healing may include addressing energetic blocks, physiological imbalances, and relational dynamics.  I look at the physical body, chakras, and auric bodies to discern what work would be supported through each healing and a personal maintenance protocol. Sessions may include Reiki, sound healing, chakra balancing, past life illumination, cord cutting, entity removal, opening lines with guides, mediumship, consciousness expansion and reintegration. Messages received will bring clarity to the shifts taking place and may include changes in diet, emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, development of a daily practice, and spiritual development.

InDiviDual mentorship • 1 month $297

One on one guidance on how to manage your energy and blossom into your intuitive & healing gifts. A prerequisite to mentorship is the Intro to Intuitive Development Self Study. One month of coaching includes:

• 2 Bi-weekly one hour long virtual sessions, or 4 weekly 30 minute virtual sessions.

• 3 hours of email support

• More direction and control in accessing your intuition.

• Additional facilitation and gentle direction can help bring discernment and clarity into the developmental stages of  using and expressing your intuition.
